What are we all about?
Every day, we post great workouts for you to follow, but don’t just go out and do everything on the workout page. When you’re starting out, you’ll need to take baby steps in order to get to where you want to get without getting injured. Don’t think that you’re superman and you can just go out and do everything on the list – even if you can, you’ll be sore for the next few days and your performance on workouts will decrease.
That being said, have fun! Some people consider their fitness as a serious aspect of their life and religiously calorie count and follow dietary restrictions to a T. You can take this approach, but keep in mind that this whole business isn’t an exact science. You’ll need to experiment in order to find out what will work well for you. Though you may feel like sculpting and maintaing your body is a job, you can have fun at your job! That’s a really important lesson to learn. Also, once you’ve achieved at least some level of fitness, you can go out and play basketball with the guys, take a canoe down a local river or look for more adventurous tours while you’re vacationing. Basically, everything becomes much easier and simple when you’re working out and following a daily workout routine.
